Our church has entered a time of transition. In November 2010, Dr. William P. Wood retired from the pulpit of First Presbyterian Church, and at the start of 2011 we welcomed the Reverend Roland P. Perdue, III as our Interim Senior Minister. The Transition Committee, with the help and support of Roland and the congregation, continues the work to keep before the congregation the matter of transitioning towards the next season of our church. Information about this journey may be found below.
Please email the Transition Committee ( transitioncommittee@firstpres-charlotte.org) or Pastor Nominating Committee (pnc@firstpres-charlotte.org) with any questions or concerns.
